PUBLIC NOTICE TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2022-2025
Solano County Transit (SolTrans) gives public notice of its policy to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes. Title VI requires that no person in the United States of America shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any SolTrans program or activity.
The proposed Title VI Program effective April 1, 2022, and its rationale are available for public review for the next 30 days during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at SolTrans’ administrative offices at 311 Sacramento Street, Vallejo, CA or survey below. Written comments will be accepted by Solano County Transit and FTA for 45 days following publication of this notice.
