Service Alert: Missed Service

Mandi Renshaw

Effective August 28, 2021

Dear SolTrans Riders and Community Members,

Due to the current Coronavirus and Delta case surge, SolTrans is experiencing a temporary staffing shortage. We are doing our best to balance adequate staff levels while doing our part to keep our communities safe and getting you where you need to go. In the meantime, some SolTrans services may be missed and we apologize for any inconvenience.

We do our best to communicate any services delays or issues prior to the trip departure. Please check our homepage (SolTrans.org), Twitter (@SolTransRide), or call our customer service center for updated alerts at (707) 648-4666 prior to your departure.

Thank you for your patience with us as we navigate through this difficult time. Our mission remains the same, to “provide safe, reliable, courteous, efficient, and accessible transportation services that effectively link people, jobs, and communities.” Now more than ever we must work to meet those goals while keeping our passengers and staff healthy. For more on Covid vaccines and slowing the spread visit Solano County Public Health.

Sending you health and safety,

~Solano County Transit Family
