SolTrans maintains and reports their operations and capital expenditures as one consolidated fund. Operating revenue and expenses are tracked by mode of travel as required by federal and state funders—Local Fixed-Route, Commuter Fixed-Route and Paratransit—but reported on a consolidated basis for purposes of our annual financial audit.
