Ride Free to Vote

Effective Tuesday, March 5, 2024. SolTrans will offer FREE rides on all Local and Paratransit services on Election Day, Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Our commitment is to offer free rides this election day to allow our community access to the polls.

Get 50% Adult Fares with Clipper START

The Clipper START Program allows lower-income adults aged 19-64 to receive a 50 percent fare discount on SolTrans with a valid Clipper START Card. For more information about the programs and the application process visit, Clipper START.

We'll have lively music to dance to, tacos for purchase and other mouthwatering treats, and plenty of holiday spirit to make this a memorable end-of-week party. Governor Gavin Newsom announced that cities and local agencies throughout the state will receive $114.5 million in grants to remove litter, beautify neighborhoods, and transform public spaces into points of pride.

Feedback Request: Going Paperless

Solano County Transit (SolTrans) is continuing to keep up with technological advances and proposing to move to all digital bus fare payments. SolTrans is proposing to go paperless and eliminate all paper fare passes to improve the rider experience.

Suisun City Senior Transportation Summit

SolTrans, Suisun microtransit, and Solano Mobility will host a Transportation Summit to raise awareness of transit options for Suisun City senior residents. Staff will present on all things transportation for Suisun City and beyond, and answer all your questions about local transportation options including bus service and on-demand ride-share programs.

Turn your everyday bus rides into exciting chances to win awesome prizes. Introducing our Ride and Win youth rider contest. You can score points in two ways: Scan the QR code on our buses to receive one contest entry per day, Post your ride to Instagram, mentioning @ridesoltransand tagging #Ride&Win. Each Instagram post and tag is a contest entry, with no daily entry limits!
