NOTICE IS GIVEN that sealed proposals are requested by Solano County Transit, a joint powers authority (“SolTrans”), for Information Technology Services. DESCRIPTION:  

Solano County Transit is seeking to award a contract for Information Technology Services to a qualified firm that can provide on-site and remote technical support. The Contractor must be able to provide a full range of Information Technology services including on-site and remote network support, on-call services for emergencies during or after normal business hours, infrastructure, help desk, desktop/laptop and phone support services, managing and facilitating third-party software license agreements, project related work and subject matter expertise for complex and difficult to solve issues, and other services as required by SolTrans.
