Service Apology To Our Passengers

Dear Passengers,

We, SolTrans management and staff, want to apologize to our passengers for the lack of quality service yesterday, Monday, August 8, 2022. Several technology and scheduling errors, poor communication, and a staffing shortage resulted in the worst service day SolTrans has ever provided. We let down our regular riders and made a very bad first impression on our new Blue Line riders. We are sincerely sorry. We spent last night and this morning discussing what went wrong and repairing service issues and communication gaps. Today will be better, but not perfect as the repairs may take a day or two to sort out. Our mission remains the same to provide safe, RELIABLE, courteous, efficient, and accessible transportation services. Yesterday, we did not meet that mission and we will work diligently to repair the service and work to earn your trust in that service.  Thank you for your grace and know we will make this right.
