Service Alert: Realtime Bus Information Shutdown

Effective Wednesday, May 27, 2020

Due to a software upgrade to our realtime bus information system will not be available Wednesday. The following will be impacted:

  • myStop mobile app and myRide webpage
    • Stop locations
    • Bus locations
  • “Where’s My Bus?” and “Routes & Schedules” vehicle location and ETA information only
  • Webpage and app Service Alerts

Unfortunately, the upgrade effects our internal programming as well, our customer service representatives will not be able to give realtime bus information over the phone.

This is a temporary situation that is scheduled rectified by end of day Wednesday.

Requests for documents in screen reader-compatible or large print formats can generally be fulfilled within five business days. Braille or audio formats may take up to several weeks to produce, depending on the availability of braille translation or compliant audio recording services.
