Service Alert: Missed Service

Like transit agencies throughout the Bay Area and the rest of the United States, SolTrans is experiencing a staffing shortage that has affected our ability to deliver the reliable service you, our riders, expect and deserve. We are working diligently to reestablish adequate staffing levels while doing our best to keep our communities safe and get you where you need to go. In the meantime, SolTrans may continue to miss some service, and we ​sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We do our best to communicate any services delays​, missed trips, or ​other issues prior to the scheduled departure​ time. Please check our Twitter ​feed (@SolTransRide) or call our customer service center at (707) 648-4666 prior to your trip for the most up-to-date service information.

Thank you for your patience with us as we navigate through this difficult time. Our mission remains the same, to “provide safe, reliable, courteous, efficient, and accessible transportation services that effectively link people, jobs, and communities.” Now more than ever we must work to meet those goals while keeping our passengers and staff healthy.
