Free Rides to Benicia Holiday Tree Lighting and Open House

SolTrans will help ease traffic and parking worries by providing FREE bus service with the Holiday Sleigh Rides. This way you can travel with your neighbors or bring the whole family together at once!

Benicia’s Routes 15 and 17 have been modified to pick up and drop off residents from around town to the top of First Street. The First Street event is presented by First Street merchants and Benicia Main Street and begins at 6 p.m.  At approximately 6:30 p.m. at the foot of First Street the public can view the lighting of the Christmas tree and enjoy Kris Kringle & The Mistletones. Holiday carolers dressed in period costume and other local musicians add to the festivities. First Street Merchants will keep their doors open until 9 p.m. serving seasonal refreshments.
