SolTrans Can Get You To School

It’s almost time to start the 2022/ 2023 School Year! We’ve created a quick overview of the various SolTrans school routes that serve several Benicia schools,  Vallejo schools , and local colleges.

Benicia schools, including Benicia High School, Benicia Middle School, Mary Farmar Elementary, and Robert Semple Elementary, are served by Route 15 and Route 17. Both routes visit all of the schools just listed and Route 17 also stops by Matthew Turner Elementary; the main difference between the two is that Route 15 loops through West Benicia via Rose Dr while Route 17 does so via Hastings Dr.

The following Vallejo school can be reach on SolTrans Local Routes:

• Solano Widenmann Leadership Academy is served by Route 2 coming from Vallejo Transit Center along Sonoma Blvd.

• Jesse Bethel High School is served by Route 38 , Route 7A, and Route 7B. Route 38 loops through most of East Vallejo.

• Vallejo High School can be reached most easily from the Broadway & Nebraska stops served by Route 1, Route 7A, and Route 7B.
• Hogan Middle School can be reached by taking either the Route 6, Route 8, or Route 38

Students attending Solano Community College (SCC) can access the Vallejo Campus by taking Route 7A and Route 7B.  The SCC Fairfield Campus has stops along Suisun Valley Rd a short walk from campus when you take the SolanoExpress Red Line or Blue Line. 

Diablo Valley College Students can take the SolanoExpress Yellow Line to Contra Costa BLVD and walk up Golf Club Rd to campus. 

And finally, UC Davis students can ride the SolanoExpress Blue Line to the Silo Terminal on campus.
