After the completion of the 2018 Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) and SolanoExpress Corridor Study the SolTrans Board has approved the following implementation plan for the SolTrans System-wide Service Improvements.

SolTrans Local, Benicia GP Dial-A-Ride, and Paratransit fares will increase. This is the first of three increases that will occur over the next 4 years.

SolTrans will be providing a free community shuttle within Benicia to the Memorial Day service at the Benicia Arsenal Cemetery.

SolTrans is requesting the public’s feedback on the proposal for the discontinuation of SolTrans-operated, regional paratransit service that provides connections to other regional, ADA paratansit operators.
