Solano County Transit in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26, hereby announces its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2020, 2021 and 2022 of two percent (2%) for DBE participation on contracts assisted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

The proposed goal and its rationale are available for public review for the next 30 days during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at SolTrans’ administrative offices at 311 Sacramento Street, Vallejo, CA, and on our web page at www.soltransride.org.  Written comments will be accepted by Solano County Transit and FTA for 45 days following publication of this notice.

Requests for documents in screen reader-compatible or large print formats can generally be fulfilled within five business days. Braille or audio formats may take up to several weeks to produce, depending on the availability of braille translation or compliant audio recording services.
